Kelcia Beato is one of our Insurance Claim Coordinators. Kelcia provides project updates to all TPA’s via their corresponding portals, ensures all documents are uploaded, and maintains the flow of communication and information between all departments. She previously worked as a claims representative at American Glass Professionals, helping customers process claims with their insurance carriers for windshield replacements and worked at her family’s business, 40th Street Restaurant, for eight years.

Her passion is to serve and go above and beyond to provide people reassurance in their time of need, especially with the insurance approval process. She has a partner of five years, two children of her own, and two step children. She has a close relationship with her parents, taking care of their affairs. In her free time with her family, she enjoys playing baseball, softball, and watching movies. She was born in the Dominican Republic, lived in New York for thirteen years, and has been in Florida for twelve. Living in different places has given her the opportunity to experience diversity, learn how to adapt to change, and has given her opportunities to be appreciative for all that life has presented her with.
